Available when you most need us
We have never had an issue with communication, Key Spaces usually respond to any email we send within 24 hours. We have always been impressed with the speed and quality of communication we have received. Key spaces are always very responsive when it comes to maintenance be it for our office space or for the building. We are always kept well informed of any maintenance work taking place with in the building. Key Spaces are always on top of safety within the building with regular risk assessments begin carried out, including most recently a COVID safe risk assessment. It is clear safety is important to Key Spaces and it is something they take great pride in ensuring all tenants of the building are able to work in the safest environment possible.
Breaking the Silence
We moved into our office in March, just before the lockdown. Marie and Laura from Key Spaces have been most helpful, coming out to visit us initially and dealing with queries that we have had. Tenants within the building are friendly, although contact has been limited due to Covid-19. Communication with all tenants has been good, coordinating fire alarm tests and informing us of booked services, such as lift maintenance, electrical work, and fire extinguisher maintenance. A Covid-19 Policy and risk assessment for the building was distributed during the first lockdown, which instilled confidence in us returning to the office. The security team have been great, delivering everyone’s post and helping us when we couldn’t open the office door
